Microsoft Word: A word processing program used for creating and editing documents, such as letters, reports, essays, and resumes.

Microsoft Excel: A spreadsheet application used for organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data. It's commonly used for tasks such as budgeting, financial analysis, and creating charts and graphs.

Microsoft PowerPoint: A presentation program used for creating slideshows and presentations. It allows users to incorporate text, images, audio, and video into slides to effectively communicate ideas.

Microsoft OneNote: A digital note-taking application that allows users to capture, organize, and share notes, drawings, screenshots, and audio recordings.
